Join us for Plant a Seed to Read Storytime! Children will hear the story What to Do with What You Grew and learn about Farm to Table Gardening. They will also plant a seed of their very own to take home! This program connects children to the natural world and encourages them to become caretakers of planet Earth. Thursday, August 11 at 3:30 p.m. at Broadway Park. For grades K-3. Space is limited, and registration is required. Call or visit the Central Library (562) 567-9900 or Whittwood Branch (562) 567-9950.
