May is a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience.
At the Whittier Public Library, we want you to remember that our community’s mental health and well-being is important to us and we have some resources to help you get through the tough times.

Education for more general information on the topic of mental health. It should be noted that these kits are NOT a substitute for a mental health care provider and cannot diagnose any conditions.
