Mental Health Tips for Pandemic Burnout -Online

Are you feeling overwhelmed or exhausted? Are all of your days beginning to blur together, and you forget even the simplest of details? Have you needed some mental health support during this pandemic and do not know where to start? If so, join Francesca Campos, AMFT, as she discusses what pandemic burnout is and how the pandemic affects one's mental health. Francesca will be normalizing the experience of pandemic burnout and will be sharing mental health tips on how to fight against it.
