Papel Picado Workshop--America Madrigal-Herrera will lead a workshop -Making Your Own Papel Picado- A traditional paper cutting technique from Mexico. Papel Picado are tissue paper banners with cut out designs of animated skeleton figures, usually used to decorate ofrendas. A supply kit will be provided upon workshop registration via the Library's Curbside Holds Pickup Service ( while supplies last).  Additional materials needed: scissors and glue.
