Self Portrait Poetry
In this workshop, everyone is a poet, even if you’ve never written a poem before. All you need is a pen and paper, and a little imagination. In this workshop, you will be invited to explore your misconceptions. What does this mean? Our brains are often busy “fooling” us, and we’ve all had the experience of something turning out to be different than we expected. So, we’ll spend some time playing with images and putting them all together in a unique poem where one thing suddenly becomes another, then another.
